It will be enough for 8 days if used according to the recommended dosage of 8 ounces of brewed tea in the morning and 8 ounces of brewed tea in the evening. The ingredients are: Horsetail Herb / Lavender Flowers / Marshmallow Root / Skullcap Herb / Crataeva Herb / Couch Grass Herb /Nettle Leaves. They are put together using a precise amount of each herb to create our recipe. Each herb has a specific purpose.
